WELCOME TO VINITOURS

Vinitours aims to offer the most comprehensive Wine tours in Italy and we concentrate on the regions and wines of Le Marche and Umbria. We had the pleasure in introducing Italian wine tours and tastings in 2011 to our clients, together with olive oil appreciation workshops in the beautiful Italian regions of Tuscany, Umbria and Le Marche. Venues include an 11th century ex Benedictine Monastery to a 1,000 year old Castello and its 18th Century Country Villa in the mystical landscape that is Umbria, to a beautiful 4 star historic Relais with spa facilities in Cortona, Tuscany, or an enchanting Castle with 19 century frescoes in Le Marche and only 15 km to the Adriatic Coast.

Vinitours also works closely with Sagraitalia to hold wine and olive oil tastings which can include tutored workshops in London and the east of England. The wines and olive oils are all from our artisan Italian producers. We work with a specialist Italian wine importer in London and can also offer most of the wines from our Italian associates for sale in the UK. WHAT WE CAN OFFER

As part of our passion for fine olive oils and wines, we thought it a great opportunity to offer our clients the opportunity to visit our Italian friends who produce these wonderful products and stay in fabulous accommodation, tour the vineyards and olive groves and sample the fine wines and oils and have first hand knowledge of the process.

In Tuscany, just 10 minutes from Cortona and minutes from the A1 autostrada, we can offer superb 4 star relais accommodation with excellent facilities at the resort combined with a very prestigious winery, Tenuta d'Alessandro, awaits your senses.

In Umbria we offer holiday accommodation on beautiful vineyard and olive oil estates, which include an ex Monastery and a fabulous mansion house, also given the prestigious title of "best agriturismo in Italy for 2010" Here you can sample with delight the varied tastes of the oils and wines of the region.

In Le Marche, we can offer a wide selection of olive oil and wine appreciation tours both in central Le Marche, mainly in the Senigallia area on the Adriatic coast and also in the southern provinces of Le Marche.

Near Senigallia we have the choice of four different wine producers, two of which are certified organic and two wonderful producers of fine olive oils, much of the oil being monovarietal and also organic. The Frantoio Montedoro near Senigallia is a favourite of ours and Andrea Tomasetti who produces wonderful organic and monovarietal olive oils also holds tastings in London and the east of England three times a year for Sagraitalia.com which works closely with us.

In the south of the Le Marche region we work with five wine producers, three of which are certified organic and also four olive oil producers, two of which produce oils that are certified organic.
